Healing Hands Home Care, Inc. is a licensed home health care agency in the state of Illinois serving the Chicagoland community since 2002. We are Medicare approved and Joint Commission certified home healthcare agency, providing quality, effective care to meet the needs of patients with chronic conditions or physical limitations. In general, patients needing home healthcare services are weak elderly individuals with physical impairments, those needing care before or after surgery, and those individuals under multiple medications with one or more chronic diseases.
Our Purpose
Healing Hands Home Care, Inc. has been established to provide quality home health care services. The agency is committed to the philosophy that individuals and families have the right to participate in the decisions regarding their healthcare and in the way in which that care is provided.
Our specific focus is to promote and maintain the physical, emotional, spiritual, and psychosocial health of our patients through a holistic and multidisciplinary approach to healthcare in the home. The agency strives to work effectively with other healthcare providers and community organizers to foster continuity of care.
Our Mission
The agency’s mission is to provide individual patients and families competent, safe, and cost-effective quality home health care services. It is dedicated to the provision of skilled nursing care, physical therapy, occupational therapy, therapy by a speech pathologist, medical social services, and home health aide services.
All providers of these services are committed to the implementation of all the necessary interventions, with the guidance and instructions of the physician, to move the patient toward healing, recovery, and optimization of the quality of life and wellness.
Utilizing a team approach, the services provide care that is efficient, safe, and realistic within the scope of the patient’s status, skills, capabilities, and potential. Our home health care is non-discriminatory and all patients will be accepted for service without regard to their age, race, sex, religion, national origin, or disability.
