We offer Free in-home assessment to our potential and beloved clients. Meeting you or your loved ones in person allows us a deeper understanding of the needs and objectives. It helps us chart out a comprehensive plan so that we’re able to care for you more deeply and enrich your daily life with fruitful experiences.
Our Free In-Home Assessment includes the following:
- A visit to the potential client’s home scheduled as per their convenience.
- Assessment of the client, from their mental to their physical capabilities.
- A thorough safety assessment of every room in the client’s home.
Multidisciplinary Team
Our Skilled Nurses (RN’s and LPN’s), are licensed healthcare professionals, act as patient advocates for the care and recovery of patients and maintenance of their health.
