Our Registered Nurses (RN) & Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) healthcare professionals are responsible for implementing the practice of nursing through the use of the nursing process in conjunction with other health care professionals.  RN’s work as patient advocates for the care and recovery of the sick and maintenance of their health.  In their work as advocates for the patient, RN’s use the nursing process to access, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care of the sick and injured.

Licensed Practical Nurses provide routine patient care under the direction of physicians and registered nurses.  LPNs measure and record patients’ vital signs such as height, weight, temperature, blood pressure, pulse and respiration.  They also monitor their patients and report adverse reactions to medications or treatments.  LPN’s provide services essential to or helpful in the promotion, maintenance, and restoration of health and well-being.
